Questions
Didn’t find the answer? Message us — we reply in the messenger.
What do you need to start?
Photos of the product from several sides, key dimensions or drawings, a high-quality logo or label, and examples of presentation you like.
Can you work from photos only, without drawings?
Yes. We build the model from photos; a few key dimensions are enough for accurate proportions.
How long does it take?
It depends on complexity and the number of images. We give an exact timeline after the brief — before any work starts.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds: at the draft stage and on the final images. Extra revisions by agreement.
What format will I receive?
JPG or PNG images at the size you need, on a transparent background if required. Video in MP4.
Can I order new views later?
Yes. We keep the model, so new angles, colours or animation cost less than starting from scratch.
